I went yesterday for a facial at Lizbliz Spa. Elizabeth, the owner is a wonderful, caring and very sweet woman. She is very friendly, I felt right at home. I was pampered like never before. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable – she also took care of my very dry hands. It exceeded my expectations. It’s also a very cozy and clean place. I liked it so much that I bought two more facials. I cannot wait to go back.
I went to LizBliz spa yesterday with a groupon for a 45-minute massage. Liz gave me a wonderful massage and even extended it to over an hour. Liz is extremely warm and friendly and my experience at her spa far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Liz Bliz spa to anyone looking for a relaxing spa experience that doesn't feel rushed or too commercial. I will definitely be back!!
i normally don't write reviews on spas i go to; however, i was really impressed and loved the experience at lizbliz spa. Liz, the owner, is a total sweetheart. so welcoming and humble! i got a 60 minute Swedish massage off groupon and it went great. the massage was relaxing and service was great. i think they got a new regular client in the future. also, i lost one of my earrings which i really liked and was looking for it when i got home but couldn't find it. the next day, liz called me and notified me while that she was vacuuming, she found a earring and believed it was mine. it was unexpected and really kind of her to take the time out to call me and let me know. I am looking forward to my future appointments with Lizbliz spa!
I BOUGHT A VOUCHER FOR TWO MASSAGES AT THIS SPA. I LOST THE PRINT OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF HOME RENOVATIONS. TO MY GOOD LUCK THE OWNER HAD A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL TO SEE IF I WAS GOING TO USE THIS VOUCHER. WE DO PURCHASE TO USE THEM! SO JUST CAME BACK AND HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED AT THE CLEANLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF AS WELL. I DEFINITELY WILL COME BACK.
When I first arrived, Liz met me, I was early so she kindly brought me some water and gave me the form to fill out. She said the other esthetician was busy so she would do my massage herself. The room was nicely set up and felt clean. Liz did a great job and even offered an additional treatment at no charge. However, the second half of my massage was done by the other esthetician, and that is where my experience went quickly downhill. She did not listen when I asked for focus on certain areas which had been tense and causing me discomfort, did not apply more pressure when I asked (her pressure was lighter than a small child could do and just felt like a waste of time rather than a relaxing massage), and when she finally agreed to focus on the areas I requested she still rubbed other areas first (making them more uncomfortable than when I started) and then said we were out of time to do the areas I had asked. She left the room and brought Liz back in with her, who told me again that it's basically too bad and we were out of time and the two women were making a fuss about my small request for focus on my neck, even though I had requested that long before time was up. It made me very uncomfortable and at that point I just wanted to leave and get out of there. I suppose you get what you pay for, for the 19$ Buytopia deal I bought for this spa, but next time I will be spending more to go to a place that will actually relieve my tense back rather than making me feel worse, physically and emotionally, than when I started
I got a gift from my sister-in-law to be as a pre wedding pampering treat. She purchased it from Buytopia and this was my first spa expereince ever! I honestly highly recommend this place!!!!The owner (Liz) is fabulous and super nice! She felt like a friend. The whole experience was profesional yet warm and inviting. The lady that did my massage (Clarissa) had a magic gift - her hands :) My skin feels awesome I can't stop touching my face :D I am definitly going to go back for sure!!!!!!
This is most AMAZING spa experience I have EVER had. I have never had such excellent customer service with such skillful masseuses and estheticians. It truly feels like a home away from home with complimentary drinks and sometimes even FOOD! Liz is a doll and Alex gives the best ever massages and facials! I am officially a customer for life.
I just had a facial, massage, and manicure today. I bought a Buytopia coupon for this and really enjoyed the experience. The home-based type of spa was very cozy. The person who looked after me was Adi was wonderful and Liz the owner was such a down to earth person. It felt as if I've known her for sometime instead of meeting her for the first time. Even though I live in Etobicoke, the drive was worth it and I will go there again with or without any coupons. There is a saying for the Leather Store in Acton where they say that it's worth the drive to Acton. Well, the same be said about Liz Biz Spa. It's worth the drive to Bayview. lol.
I just had a facial, massage and pedicure at LizBliz Spa. This was my best experience ever at a spa. The staff were professional, friendly and warm and the owner Elizabeth went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. This spa is home based which makes it very cozy and it is very clean. I used a Buytopia voucher for a pedicure, facial and massage. LizBliz spa is located in the owners home and it felt exactly as if you were being welcomed into someone's home. It was two and a half hours of pampering with a real facial and a real pedicure. The woman who performed my treatments was named Alexandra. Not only does she know what she's doing, she is a lovely woman as well. I'm going back for sure. Highly recommended.
I had a wonderful facial and an out of the world back massage.It was amazing, Liz has such a gentel soul and is so passionate about her job!She does her job naturally and so effortlessly! My mom convinced me to get a facial and I though it was just going to be an everyday facial but it was out of this world, I really enjoyed the experience and would defenetly go back!Not only a great facial but it was really relaxing the whole atmosphere was amazing! It was truly an home away from home! I highly recommend it!
