I'm going to describe Rose the best I can using adjectives: ambitious, artistic, charismatic, creative, friendly, joyful, sociable, sympathetic, talkative and a true perfectionist. Her artistry really shows by how much cares about the end result of her work. She would not allow me to leave until she got every single microbladed hair stroke right. Even though I didn't see an issue with the symmetry of the brows, she did and she didn't stop until she got it just right. I appreciated the way that she took care of me during the treatment, because I was a little bit of a baby, but she walked me through it. GO TO SECOND SKIN NOW!

Can't thank Rose enough for the beautiful brows I now have. I recently had my brows microbladed by a less experienced technician, and even after allowing this tech to remove and reapply the brows, they still did not come out right. Finally, I saw all of Rose's work and reviews online and I became a fan. After giving it 6 months for my brows to lighten, I went to Rose who worked some magic to allow the bad brows to fade faster. Once she removed most of the bad brows I had, she was able to microblade over them, and I now have brows that I love to show off. Rose saved me from a life of penciling and maintaining long bangs to cover my brows. Rose works hard at what she does, and I know she won't be able to please everyone, but in this case, I am so pleased with the results of my brows that I am leaving her this 5 star review, and I would recommend Rose to anyone looking to have their brows done by a professional, who will work hard to get the results you want. Thanks Rose. Well deserved praise.

BEST eyebrows ever!! I cannot thank Rose enough for the great work she did on my brows. Firstly, I must say that I have Alopecia Totalis, and if you have this condition, then Rose is the one you want to talk to. Because of my totalis condition, I cannot grow hair on my scalp, nor do I have any eyebrows. I wear a wig and I usually pencil in my eyebrows or grow my bangs so long that it covers my eyebrows. Before I went to second skin, I would have to spend 45 min in the washroom just penciling in my eyebrows, and I could never really get them exact. One was always a little off then the other. Finally, I had enough and I went online and found Rose's instagram page. I was amazed at her work, and I followed her for a while before deciding to finally book an appointment to see her. I am absolutely amazed at her work and what she was able to do for me. Her brow shaping and color choice were spot on. I can say that I have beautiful brows now, and I don't have to spend any time in the washroom putting them on. I'm referring all my friends to Rose, and if she can make magic happen with a women like me with NO brows, imagine what she can do for you. I highly recommend Second Skin and Rose is awesome!

I had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment to microblade eyebrows done by Rose, and the wait was absolutely worth it. She is thorough with her measurements and symmetrics. She chose the right color. She was patient and took her time to make sure the job was done right. Rose answered all my questions and reassured me when I had concerns after the treatment. Once I went back for my touch up appointment, the brows are complete, and look fantastic. Amazing woman with a gift for brows!

Just want to scream to the whole world Rose is just so perfect not only she is beautiful but she is professional, knowledgeable, has a good taste, very smart and patient. I felt like I have met my friend when I started talking to her. My treatment was not painful and even though I panicked a little in the first two days and called her two times she was very patient with me and explained everything that would happen. I love my new eyebrows now . Just a warning for blond ladies with non existing eyebrows be patient for 3 days don't panic take some time to get used to new you but you will love it in the end.

I recently visited Second Skin for a postcard promo I received in the mail. I called in to book my appointment and found the receptionist to be very friendly and helpful. A couple days before my appointment, I received a confirmation call, which I appreciated. I arrived for my appointment and found the medspa to be very clean, with a nice decor. Still medical, but more inviting than a doctors office. The gentleman was running on time and introduced himself to me. We talked extensively about my treatment, and found him to be very knowledgeable. He explained things and used analogies to make me understand. I've had this treatment at other places, and it was never explained to me exactly what was happening and was was going to happen. The treatment was almost painless. I even received an after care sheet, which was also explained to me, not just handed to me. It's been two weeks since my visit and I found the treatment to be very effective. Overall, the staff was good and treatment options they provide are affordable. I've per-purchased more treatments, which they place under your file to use at a later date.

I have had laser hair removal done on various body parts and could not be happier. I initially discovered Rose before she opened her own shop and have been with her ever since. It's not often that I would give a business 5 Stars because any business can improve, however, I must say, this business blows me away every time I step in there to have a treatment done. When I book my appointment, I get an email reminder two day prior to the service. I also get a phone call 48 before my treatment to confirm my appointment (in case I need to cancel, then I don't lose my treatment or money). The receptionist if very polite and friendly. When I walk in to Second Skin, it really feels like home. You feel welcomed each and every time. I usually have a full manicure and pedicure, then two weeks later, I have the mini manicure and pedicure. Their shellac selection is second to none. They have every color offered by CND. AND IT IS AUTHENTIC! I got fooled once with one business using the fake shellac stuff that stinks and ruins your nails and takes forever to remove. I like this business because the staff and owners are genuine, honest, friendly and most of all: outgoing. I leave the spa with the best shellac manicure and pedicure, and with a smile on my face. Thanks Second Skin Medspa, you do deserve 5 stars!

I originally went to the folks at Second Skin for a Botox treatment that I bought online. First of all, the receptionist was absolutely deliteful. She was very friendly and found the date and time I wanted, and also gave me great directions and even called me again 2 days prior to my appointment to confirm the date and time. Once I arrived at the spa, it is a very nice space. Very clean, modern, but not overdone at all. I felt very comfortable. I filled out my forms, and got escorted in to the medical room by the male nurse. I noticed all his diplomas on the wall, and he was very nice and explained everything I needed to know - from how botox works to why I have pigmentation on my skin. I ended up trying a silkpeel procedure prior to doing my botox treatment. The whole experience was great, and I look forward to more treatments at this medspa. KW
