I've been to the location on Yonge street and had an excellent experience, however the management at this queen location seemed to be rushing the aestheticians and it is for this reason that I believe my experience was so terrible - the poor woman doing the manicure was rushing to get it done because the manager kept coming over to remind her she had 3 other clients in queue.
The trendy salon also caught my attention. I am very very very disappointed and frustrated from the results. I received the wrong hair colour. It was the worse hair colour and service I have ever received. The staff seems very inexperienced and unprofessional. I agree 100% with all the bad reviews. I wish I had seen them before I went to Mosheta Salon & Spa on Queen. After experiencing this, it took me all night at home to try to rescue the mistakes they made. I will now have to go to another salon and spend more money to correct their errors. So I write this, beware, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
I always colored my hair at home for over 5 years,, you know a students life,,, when I went in to the W or coupe on queen street they won't touch me as they said I was a color correction and if they had time it would be over $300 to fix my hair,,, so I tried Mosheta on queen street and Gir the color done but no less then the best. Her name is Sun and she actually works out of the Yonge salon but that day she was at queen. Not only was the color exactly what I asked for she only charged me $130. Including a cut WOW. I love this women and the salon. Sun I will follow you anywhere!
I decided to try out Mosheta on Queen St. after reading positive feedback online. However, my experience with this hair salon has ended in a big disappointment. A place that seemed friendly and progressive happened to be unprofessional and ignorant. The hair colour I got was wrong and the cut was shapeless and uneven. However, nobody cared! They didn't return my calls and the receptionist never let me talk to the hairstylist. I think she is a bit confused whether she works in customer service or in CIA protecting secret agents... I regret leaving a bit tip. Don't waste your time; there are plenty of better places in Toronto!

I like the design of this salon. And one day I decide to go in to try the service. I did pedicure and manicure. It was a very enjoyable experience. I got served by coffee and chocolate. The nail lady was very nice, always smile. I was being seated on a big massage chair, watching fashion TV,drinking my coffee, so relaxing,feel like a queen. I had my gel nail done. I think the lady did a great job.no diamonds fall off or anything after a long time. Oh,yeah,,one thing i want to mention is the price. only $35 for my gel nail. It's unbelievable. I usually got charged for $45-50 in other places. And this time it is the best nail quality I have never got. Anyways I am happy with the service i got from Mosheta. It does worth every penny I spend.
My friend told me about this place and that it was well worth it to check out. I took advantage of a flyer given to me by a guy on Queen. It was for a hair cut and a dozen other things for 29 bucks. I thought it was fake but when I got there they gave me the royal treatment. I got a hand wax and after I couldn't believe how my hands felt. Soooo soft! The haircut was pretty good too. The girl did some cool layers in my hair. I don't remember her name but I'll go back next time. I recommend the pedicures there cuz my friend wouldn't stop going on about how good it was for the price..something like 20$ Overall good time there. Cool vibe and funky music and friendly young staff. They need parking though
My girlfriend booked me an appointment to get my nails done at a spa on Queen West. When I walked into the place I could not believe how cool it was! I was welcomed right away by a very smiley pleasant girl with short blond hair who helped me with my bags and set me up right by the front where I was to get my nails done. The place was decked out with lots of contemporary graffiti as well as lots of pink, which I personally like :p The music was cool too and not too loud. I was given a great green tea and I ended up talking to the head stylist there who I decided to get a hair cut with. After my nails were done, which looked pretty darn good for the price! 15$ basic manicure and polish I was off for a cut for 40$ :o! I went with a color too and got a rich red all over and some violet low lights underneath. The guy did a bang on job with my hair! I got to see the place some more and really dug that they sold Paul Mitchell products. I'm really big into large companies that do global outreach work. :) I have to say my overall experience was great there and I'll be back for sure to get my hair and nails done. Also a really great touch to have super comfy pedicure chairs in the back that massage! I got to try them out :) :) love this place!!
I passed by downtown queen street many times. My eyes got caught by Mosheta salon and spa. I was so impressed by the overall design of the salon. The place is highlighted in pink & black. Big glass window,Graffiti on the wall. It looks very modern, and trendy to me. By this year christmas, I decided I want to get my hair done at Mosheta queen street. I walked in and I got served by a Japanese hair stylist. She handed me a glass of red wine. She was very nice talking to me. She washed my hair, and another girl came to massage my head. The services made me feel like a queen. The japanese stylist, she knows exactly what she is doing. I completely transform my look within 20 min. I told her i'm going to a party tonight. She made me a party hairstyle. It's look amazing. I love it so much. My bf loves it too. He took pictures of me. I got my hair wash, head massage, hair cut, blow dry and styling. It only cost me $30 +some tax. I think I found my hairdresser, and my favorite salon in Toronto. I have been searching for years. Thanks Mosheta!!!
