I have been with IMD laser for past the two years. I'm getting treated for acne and laser hair removal for my face and chin. After couple of treatments I got the results which I was hoping to get. I had finish the treatments for the acne. After the treatments I stop getting breakouts. The laser hair treatments worked really well. I currently have very thin hair and less hair growth. I'm currently doing the laser hair every 4 months. I highly recommend IMD laser clinic if you want to see good results. All the staffs there were very helpful and kind. Every time you get a follow up calls after treatments to see if your doing fine. Like the way they treat the clients.
I recently had facial laser hair removal with Anna @ IMD and I couldn't be happier with the results and experience. Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. As it was my first experience with laser hair removal, I had many questions and concerned that were honestly adressed by Anna who gave me all possible options for treatment, regardless of cost or time. I'd like to thank IMD laser for the excellent service I have received there. I had laser vein treatment for my legs as well as photofacial treatment for pigmentation on my face. Alan and Anna are both always so pleasant and helpful at my appointments and always pay careful attention to my treatment and any questions or concerns I have. The treatments have been effective and I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this clinic for laser vein treatment and photofacial.
Well I am in agreement with feeling of being a little ripped off when I went to this clinic inticed by a groupon coupon for 12 spider veins. It turns out that the average person I was told has between 500 to 1000 spider veins per leg, so figure out how much that would cost ie 12 viens
I visited the clinic today for 12 sider vien removal. Clinic is clean and welcoming. I had to wait for almost half an hour but its OK - it happened at the mots of places, no complains. Treatment was satisfying. Can't see the results at the moment as it takes some time. Hope it will work fine. But... For $179+tax I got treatment of area 2.5x2.5 sm for 10 min. When I asked if the regular price for this treatment of 2,5x2,5 sm area is $1,700 ( as it was sated on the groupon), i didn't receive logical explanation. I am not a complainer, so I just got the treatment, paid tax and left. You will be better off to use your $192 toward their regular prices - you will get larger area covered. I am not returning back for sure, as I feel used and misled. I understand its a business, but just give a small discount of 20% to attract your customers, don't assume people can't see what is behind your 90% fake savings. I guess they had some problems before - there is a sign on the side of their front desk facing waiting area, explaining that you have to pay before treatment as they had difficulties to collect money for treatments in the past. Make informed decision when buy this 90% discount deal. Stay smart.
I don't know how anyone can give IMD Laser any bad reviews and those of you who are trying to ruin their reputation, SHAME ON YOU!! Did you speak to Isabelle? I think you have them confused with another poorly rated clinic! I have been a client of IMD Laser for the past 3 years and they have treated me with the utmost professionalism. They have very highly trained Technicians who are ready to answer any questions you may have and always with a warm smile. I know that my laser hair removal treatments, which I had done on my face have worked very well and I am a very satisfied customer and continue to be.
