They have the worst customer service I've ever seen in a BUSINESS! I've showed up 3 times at the time they open and they've been 30 MINUTES LATE every single time! I love their products but wow. This is horrible customer service.

Ive shopped all other beauty supply stores in toronto - and fernanda's has by far the lowest prices and absolute best selection. I find the staff incredibly helpful and polite. I see the other reviews below about staff being rude or mistreated, but Ive never seen that and im there at least once a week. It is a family run business and everytime i'm there everyone is busy busy busy but very happpy!

They've moved to a bigger and better location on Timberlea Blvd, which is only 5 mins from the old location. Very friendly place, great selection of products, Staffs are very helpful. The owner is great with knowledge and extremely helpful. I'll definitely shop there again!

Much better then I atticipated with a huge selection, clean place with an organized and fresh enviroment. Highly recommend to anyone starting there business or looking to switch from other suppliers. Owner is not rude but a passionate European women who may come off strong if your just not used to it but I'd rather that then someone trying to sell me on something I dont need. Also love how everyhting is in stock and if not they get it right away for you. Customer service at its finest!

Fernanda's has amazing products. Prices are reasonable and it works for my clients. She is well educated in the field and in turn always wants her skin therapist too stay on top of our game. Her shop is very inviting and professional. Thanks, 7 years and counting. Gloria

I have been a customer for years, this is primarily family owned business and they speak with emotion, I have seen the rudest customers and they are still professional, I think the bad reviews have come from ultra rude people, as I have seen them always be pleasant even when some one opens products and tests them. If I have needed a product, to the best of their ability they try to get something as good or similar. They stand behind their products and furniture, and they continue to grow and expand on products for their customers.Try them, respect them and your service experience will be great too!

I recently visited the store and must say was very happy with my service. I asked for help and had assistance right away and they even suggested other products to create better profit for me in my business. The front desk girl with brown hair was very pleasant to deal with and answered any questions I had. They have a variety of items for the salon and their prices were great. I would shop here again for sure and would encourage any business owner to do so as well. If you need help all you got to do is ask and they are happy to help you.

Jamie was great!! great businessman and very professional. See jamie for great service. Vert handsome gentleman as well:) Reception is not rude, she was very friendly towards myself and even reccomended products. The reviews that commented on rudness, must be extremly sensitive people?? she was professional and provides great advice. Fernanda (the Owner) was also at in the store (which i heard shes there everyday)shes approcable and friendly- Lovely lady from our conversation in person and over the phone. i also want to mention that they are one of the only Beauty and Spa suppliers that PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!! seriously they call back and pick up:) I never heard screaming when I went, just loud kids not being supervised by the shoppers.which that was quite annyoning. if your looking for quality products gotta see Fernanda or Jamie to help business revenue.

I used to shop at this store, but there is usually no staff available to assist the customers. Also the frontdesk receptionist is very very rude. Will not be shopping here again as there are better places to shop for beauty products in the same area.

Been to this store a few times and each time it has been a challenge to get assistance as there is normally no staff in the front to assist customers. I find the store disorganized and sloppy at times. The cashier especially comes across as being extremely abrupt and rude. This has been the feedback from multiple shoppers and friends of mine that used to shop here. Have also heard loud quarreling and yelling from owners/employees working in the back numerous times which not only makes the store come across as being unprofessional, but also makes customers shopping in the front very uncomfortable. Decent store, decent prices, but no regard or effort to improve the customer experience.

I find the store to be some what disorganized. Staff is usually not available to help answer questions and the cashier comes across as being abrupt and rude. Been there a few times and have heard loud quarrels and arguments among owners/employees working in the back with no regard for the customers shopping in the front.

Fernanda's Beauty Products is a fantastic store. They have just about everything you need for the beauty industry and great prices. They also have salon furniture and equipment. They custom made my manicure table for me just the way I wanted it. Great place with great service and products
