I had hi lights done at this salon and I asked for then to be very thin and pale blonde. I now have big chunky stripes, in my hair that are extremely brassy and not even close to my scalp. When I said that they looked too yellow and thick, the girl just looked at me and left to do another client without even offering to correct them. I will never return to this salon and would never recommend them to anyone I know. Do yourselves a favour people, and go somewhere else.
These people certainly do know a lot about hair and most importantly, how to treat their clients!! I was welcomed into the salon with open arms...they called me by my first name and offered me a cappuccino (which was yummy!!). We had wonderful conversation and they gave me great advice about my hair and took the time to sit down with me to discuss my colour options and styles. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning in the future!! I would recommend this salon to anyone who is ‘in-between’ hair dressers or looking for a NEW look!! I came out of the salon feeling wonderful and looking fantastic!!
